Coffee Abyssinia's factory is an environmentally friendly facility and its xxxx's roasting and grinding equipments is capable to produce up to 9,000 ton/year. The factory production flow allows blending before (BBR) or after roasting (BAR) or both. The automatic control of the roasting process gives total flexibility for the definition of very precise roasting cycles according to our customers' most demanding requests. Our modern grinding technology with cooling system provides a perfect control over ground coffee particle size distribution, volume and temperature. As a fully automatic plant, SIM guarantees traceability control on every batch produced.



The very high quality standard not only applies to our roasting service, but also applies to our grinding service. With xxxx stands behind our grinding equipments; it means that we can precisely control the fineness of our ground coffee.

Our customers can tell us how fine they want their ground coffee according to what kind of coffee machines they use, we can then grind the coffee correspondingly. It means that we have the equipment to provide this grinding service, as well as the knowledge of what is the best grinding formula to fit our customers need.



There are two separated warehouses to store green coffee and finished goods.The raw material warehouse can hold estimated 500 tons of green coffee. The finished good warehouse can hold more than 350 pallets.With such a large scale of storage capacity, our customers will not have to worry about any inventory issue.

•    ISO9001 is a Quality Management Standard that are recognized and respected throughout the world. Its requirement is intended for use in any organization which designs, develops, manufactures, installs and/or services any product or provides any form of service.  It provides a number of requirements which an organization needs to fulfill if it is to achieve customer satisfaction through consistent products and services which meet customer expectations.


•    FSSC 22000: Food Safety System Certification Standard is a higher level of Quality and Food Safety Management for a more demanding international customers base. FSSC 22000 contains a complete certification scheme for Food Safety Systems that are supported with full recognition of the Global Food Safety Initiative and mandatory to the biggest international food manufacturers in the world (Coca Cola, Unilever, Danone, Nestlé, Kraft…) and recognize by the major accreditation bodies (UKAS, COFRAC, DAkks, ENAC…)

•    HACCP: Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point by United Nations FAO – Food and Agriculture Organization and WHO-World Health Organization. It is a management system in which food safety is addressed through the analysis and control of biological, chemical, and physical hazards from raw material production, procurement and handling, to manufacturing, distribution and consumption of the finished product.
